Prior to arrival your accommodations have been cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected by our professionally trained staff. We understand that having a spotless unit is expected and we strive to have the cleanest units with “NO EXCEPTIONS”.
Your unit will be stocked with High-Quality bed and bath linens that make you feel as if you are at a 5 Star Resort. We use the triple sheeting method so all linens are washed between each guest.
We also have souvenir gifts that you can take back home with you.
If a problem arises with your unit during your stay we work hard to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. We understand a broken AC unit or other problem is an inconvenience and it is our goal to get things taken care of as soon as possible.

Gold Star Vacation Rentals employs local high school athletes to offer you assistance in unloading and loading upon arrival and departure.
