Adjacent to the living room, the spacious dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table, supplemented by additional seating for 3 at the bar. Prepare delectable home-cooked meals for your loved ones in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all your cooking essentials. Adjacently located to the kitchen and dining area is a stackable washer and dryer, catering to all your laundry needs throughout your stay.

The master suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed with balcony access. The en-suite master bath features a spacious dressing area and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom presents a pair of twin beds. The shared guest bathroom, conveniently situated near the guest rooms, showcases a tub-shower combo.

Each bedroom is adorned with a Smart TV, featuring both Cable and streaming options, and High-Speed Internet is readily available throughout for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.

"My family and I had a great stay here. The original place we booked with Gold Star became unavailable (due to emergency circumstances, no one's fault) and so they were kind enough to move us to a nearby available property. It was very clean and comfortable, with everything we could have wanted for a calm week at the beach. Gold Star was very responsive and helpful and I would book with them again.

"Overall great place to stay. Close to everything, very clean. Good price point. On the beach. The only complaint I would say I have is that the day before arrival we asked to check in early, I was told to check back the next day. I checked back with them at 10 am, I kept getting we are trying to contact the cleaners/ they still haven’t responded to me etc. At approximately 3:50 pm I told the person I was talking to that I was going up to check if it was ready, needless to say it was ready. I had been sitting in the parking lot and the cleaning crew had been finished cleaning that unit. All they needed to tell me was we couldn’t check in early if they didn’t want us to. Besides that issue, it was a great stay!

"The pictures did not do this location justice (and the pics were GREAT)! The views were spectacular, and the property housed our family comfortably and felt like home and very clean. Many meals were cooked and eaten outside enjoying the views. Beach access was close and easy to get to, and the ability to rent tents/chairs was quick and easy. We look forward to coming back to Orange Beach and renting this property again. GREAT hosts and very responsive for all of my many questions.

"This condo was perfect for our spring break trip! right on the beach! the balcony was spacious and even though there are a lot of condos around it was pretty quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals inside. The directions were great and made us prepared for what we needed to bring. We loved the location and would love to stay here again!

"We spent 6 nights in this condo with adult children. There were 5 of us, total and we had plenty of room. View was spectacular, beach was easily accessible, very clean, and the kitchen had necessary items for us to be able to cook when needed. We had plenty of bath towels and access to washer and dryer in the condo. Appliances all worked good, thermostat kept condo at desired temperature, very nice balcony furniture, nice TVs in all rooms, amenities were as described in description. Overall wonderful experience and would stay here again.
