Welcome to Colony Club N4!

This elegant 2BD/2BA second-floor condo is an excellent choice for your upcoming vacation or travel ball tournament. It offers a spacious yet inviting atmosphere, with all the comfort and convenience of home. Located just 5 miles inland from the beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama, and centrally positioned in the Foley/Gulf Shores area, this retreat is ideal for a relaxing getaway, indulging in local cuisine and shopping, or unwinding after a day at the Sportsplex. Colony Club also provides easy access to popular attractions including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA Amusement Park, and Tanger Outlets. The Foley Events Center and Sports Complex, along with the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Sportses, are only a short drive away, ensuring convenience for those traveling for sports tournaments in the region.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

This welcoming residence offers all the comforts of home and more! The spacious living room is adorned with beautiful coastal decor and supple, plush furniture to provide a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere for your stay. A cable-enabled Smart TV with streaming options is provided for your entertainment needs.

The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests and is conveniently adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals for your loved ones. Step outside onto your private balcony, conveniently located just off the living room, to savor your favorite beverage as you witness an evening sunset.

The lofty King suite features a plush mattress and crisp linens to support peaceful and rejuvenating rest. The private bath offers a shower/tub combo for your comfort and convenience. The guest room is furnished with a comfortable full-size and a recliner. The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the bedroom.

High-speed internet is provided throughout, ensuring connectivity during your stay. Additionally, for your convenience, a full-size washer & dryer are available for your laundry needs.

Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Nestled within the Colony Club complex, a treasure trove of amenities awaits your enjoyment. Discover a warm and inviting outdoor pool, a relaxing hot tub, meticulously maintained pickleball and tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a convenient barbecue area. This central location ensures you are mere moments away from a diverse selection of dining options, grocery stores, outlet shops, and, perhaps most enticingly, the captivating Gulf Coast beaches.

For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access or Coastal Orange Beach Public Beach Access, both situated within a short 3-mile radius of this property.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between October through the end of February. Monthly Rentals are Booked Direct only.

"Wonderful stay! Condo is lovely. Comfortable space, yet sophisticated and beachy chic decor. Very clean. Definitely recommend this property if you’re coming to the Gulf Shores area. Only things to note are the bedding is thin (there are extra blankets which help) but might want to bring your own heavier blankets. Also, there are no tv’s in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it’s great!

"Our recent stay at a property managed by Gold Star in Gulf Shores was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend them enough! From the moment we booked, the communication with their team was excellent, and that continued throughout our trip. It was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. The service provided by Gold Star was a testament to their exceptional hospitality. Beyond the amazing service, the property itself was a dream. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and also a short drive to the sports complex, and the rental was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying the well-equipped kitchen for family dinners. This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a truly relaxing and memorable vacation, made even better by Gold Star who went above and beyond. We're already planning our next trip back!

"This comforting cove provided all the essentials for a safe and private stay. Minutes away from the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping plaza. I spent loads of time luxuriating in the hot tub and pool, and of course the beaches! Property Management Team responded with diplomacy and precision for the one call I made. I felt secure in the nestled nook. Residents were kind and very communicative. They must have a neighborhood watch program bcz the "stranger" notice was dispatched when I entered the building- I appreciate the situational awareness and sharing of info. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I would feel confident to book with Goldstar based on my experiences with the ENTIRE team. They were awesome folks to work with.

"We had a fantastic time staying at the condo! It is very cute and well decorated. It was nice and quiet with plenty of room for what we needed. It was great driving distance from the beach, Foley, and just about everywhere you would want to go. There is plenty to do close to the condo so you won’t get bored. We visited the pool and walked around the community which was cute and safe. Overall fantastic and I would recommend staying here!

"Your property was absolutely amazing! Your housekeeper came to the door around 9:45 Sunday morning to clean and was super friendly. I’m so glad she did to because we were dragging and had to be out by 10. She was patient with us and made our experience that much better. The condo was well maintained and super clean upon arrival. Thank you so much for the first experience with Airbnb. We look forward to staying again in the future. The location was safe and quiet. It was about a 7 minute drive to the beach with traffic but the absolute perfect location if you don’t want to pay a ton but want to be close to the beach.
