Welcome to Grande Caribbean 308!

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is conveniently situated across the street from the pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway! A short 0.1-mile walk leads you to the public beach access at Cotton Bayou, allowing you and your family to feel the sand between your toes in just about 5 minutes! Your balcony affords an unobstructed view of the beach, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a refreshing evening beverage while witnessing a breathtaking Gulf Coast sunset.

Inside this delightful condo, a cozy living room welcomes you, featuring a large Smart TV complete with cable and streaming options for your entertainment during gatherings with loved ones to enjoy your favorite movie or TV show. The dining area offers seating for 4 at the dining table, conveniently located adjacent to a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or a feast for your family and friends. Located next to the kitchen you will find a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

The king suite features a private bath with a tub/shower combo as well as access to the private balcony. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV complete with cable, and free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout the home.

Parking registration is required for onsite parking. A valid email address and mobile number are required for registration. We will complete the registration for you, and you will receive an email containing a link to register and pay for your parking registration.

Fun Things to Do: There is no shortage of fun on your beach vacation! A short drive away you'll find delicious bites, fun shops, and exciting amusement and entertainment venues. Stop by Lucy Buffett's LuLu's for her famous shrimp tacos, check out the shops at The Wharf for fun treats and unique finds, and be sure to visit OWA for a thrilling adventure.

Bring your bikes! You're just steps away from the Gulf State Park walking/biking trails allowing you and your family to enjoy the beauty of your surroundings while enjoying a bike ride. Bikes can be stored in the garage onsite. Parking passes are required, and you will have assigned parking space(s). There is also a boat launch within walking distance, but boat trailers may not be parked on the resort grounds.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

The Grande Caribbean complex presents an enticing outdoor pool and sundeck adorned with loungers, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip, accompanied by a 70" flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a delightful setting for watching your favorite sporting events. On-site amenities also include a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, providing an ideal space for outdoor gatherings. Additionally, a fitness room is available for those seeking to stay active.

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great size for us three, beautiful view, and good location. Upon arrival, we had a couple cleanliness and maintenance issues, but the host was super responsive and make everything right. Ande, the property manager, was fantastic! She was very apologetic for the mistakes, thanked us for letting her know so they can address it, and took care of things in a timely manner. The was she handled it made all the difference! We will definitely be staying in this unit or another property from this company!

"We loved our stay at this condo. You do have to cross a multilane road to get to the beach, but there is a crosswalk at the light. The unit was comfortable and had everything you might need in the kitchen. The condo and windows were extremely noise proof, which was great because the road in front has traffic noise and you couldn't hear it at all inside the condo. The pool was clean and nice, and the kids loved to swim at night because it had color changing lights which made it especially fun. We would definitely return.

"We had a wonderful stay at this Orange Beach condo! The location was fantastic with super easy access to the beach. The condo was clean, cute, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Management was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our service dog, which we really appreciated. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free beach trip!

"If there ever was a gold standard for Airbnb hosts, Gold Star Vacation Rentals would be it. Absolutely incredible from pre-planning to check-out, responsive, helpful and all around genuinely good people. Stunningly beautiful location, across the road from the beach with your feet touching the sand in less than five minutes walk. Picture perfect view of the beach while kicking back in your balcony chair with a glass of wine. Ideal location with local attractions groceries, restaurants & surf shops all less than 5 minutes away. Great layout with our girls having their own bedroom with bunk beds, while my wife and I were able to enjoy the balcony views from our king bed. My family and I agreed, this place raised elevated the level of cleanliness to a whole new level. Like many travelers, this is always one of the highest considerations, and we only pick places that could meet this criteria, but 308 is in a class all of it own. Five stars easily, and cannot wait to return.

"Great location right across the street from public beach access. You have to cross a main highway so it was a hit of a challenge to transport kids and beach supplies; however, public beach parking is right a cross the street so driving is an option as well. The unit was very clean and was in great condition. Would definitely book this property again.

"Checking in was super easy, walked in and everything was so clean and crisp white towels and sheets on the bed. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty on towels for 4 people. Nice extras like a little bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent packets. The bathrooms had little travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Tommy Bahama, and a roll of paper towel. The view was very nice with no buildings in front of the balcony so the ocean view was amazing. It was like we were on the ocean but across the street. The parking pass wasn’t in the condo but one call at Ande and Tim and within an hour we had it. The reserved parking spot in the garage was ideal and semi close to the elevator. Will book again same unit if we can next year !
