The Money

Our unique commission structure puts more money in your Bank Account. We offer a straight forward two-tier management fee structure that is very simple to follow with no extra fees charged to you for managing your property. The seasons are broken into two tiers: Peak and Off-Peak. During the Peak Season April 1st thru October 31st we charge 18% and October 31st thru March 31st we charge 15% on all rentals 30 days or longer. We know in the offseason you have to take less rental income for longer term rentals so we join you by reducing our management fees for those that wish to rent your property long term during the Off-Peak season. Our CEO has been marketing on the internet since 1993 and has a full understanding of its vast potential. The Gold Star marketing approach ensures that your property is maximizing its full earning potential year after year. Your property will also be available through other national marketing channels such as AirBNB, Expedia, HomeAway, Orbitz, Vrbo and many more.


Free Maintenance!

We offer Free Labor on Routine Maintenance. We only charge for parts/materials, such as filters, batteries and light bulbs. Should a vendor be needed, only the fee from the vendor is charged to owners. No additional upcharge for administrative costs are applied.

Local Staff Available 24/7

Gold Star Vacation Rentals dedicated staff provides personalized service for you and your guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! General Maintenance is offered daily until 10:00 p.m. and are available “on-call” for emergencies from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.


Cleaning of Properties

Our house keeping staff members are employed only with Gold Star, they do not clean for other companies or owners. Each property is assigned and cleaned after each guest leaves by the same cleaner week after week. We believe it is important to keep the same cleaners with the same properties for the best results. We pay our cleaners more money than any other company so they will each have no more than 3 properties to clean on a turnaround and can earn as much as other companies requiring cleaners to clean 6 or more units. This allows our cleaners to spend more time in your unit to meet our HIGH Standards. We follow up with a certified inspection to assure the unit has met the GOLD STAR STANDARD.


Disinfecting of Properties

After the Unit is cleaned and after a thorough inspection each unit thoroughly disinfected with a fogging machine to ensure the cleanest environment for your guests.


Free Guest Gifts

Each property is left with a Gift Bag free to your guests. Each Gift Bag will contain a few items that guest can take with them as a souvenir of their vacation. Items will change from time to time but would include a monogramed Gold Star Vacation Rental Beach Towel, Beach Ball and some delicious treats. We also provide at least two pieces of origami designed to greet your guests, much like the cruise ship industry.


Earnings & Oversight

Our success to be the market leader is built on maximizing your property’s year-round revenue. This is achieved through off-season rentals, sports events and special event bookings.

Your Rental earnings are direct-deposited weekly into your bank account. You have access to the Owner’s Website with a personalized page, where you can view guest reservation listings, real-time maintenance work orders and monthly financial statements. Lodging Tax – covering the city, county and state – is also collected from the guest and disbursed on the owner’s behalf.
